My name is Rafael, owner of Finca Coviella, and I warmly welcome you to my avocado plantation in the Tahodio Valley, nestled in the Anaga mountains — a privileged corner in the southeast of Tenerife.
Here, surrounded by nature and tradition, I invite you to discover with me a different way of life, where the connection to the land and respect for the environment set the pace of each day.
What began as a simple hobby gradually gained strength over the years, becoming a true life purpose. Leaving behind my previous career wasn’t an easy decision, but I knew the change was worth it.
Here at Finca Coviella, I have found not just a job, but a way of living in harmony with nature. Growing avocados is not just about planting and harvesting — it’s about learning from the land, respecting its cycles, and rediscovering the value of authenticity.
Each day on the farm is a continuous learning experience, where effort and patience are rewarded with the fruits of the earth and the joy of sharing this process with those who visit us.
