Our experience offers a relaxed and inspiring immersion into the local agricultural lifestyle, the flora, fauna, and history of the Tahodio Valley, of my family and the plantation, and everything related to avocados. In small groups of 12–20 people, you’ll participate directly in the cultivation of avocados and other subtropical fruits.
Welcome
Upon arriving at Finca Coviella, I will personally greet you to welcome you and explain what awaits us during this special day. In a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, I’ll introduce you to the history of the Tahodio Valley, its flora and fauna, and the agricultural legacy that my family has maintained over the years.
Farmer for a Day
We’ll walk through the plantation to learn firsthand about avocado cultivation and other subtropical fruits. I’ll explain how we care for the trees and the daily effort it takes to maintain a productive and sustainable farm. This tour lets you see, touch, and understand the work behind each harvest.
Appetizer
What better way to end the experience than by tasting fresh avocados from the farm, in a relaxed outdoor setting. We’ll accompany the appetizer with a glass of Tenerife wine, toasting to the shared moments and the privilege of connecting with nature and local gastronomy.
