Anaga, Biosphere Reserve

“Tahodio” is the name of the valley where I live and where we will enjoy our experience. A valley located in the Anaga Rural Park, within the Anaga Massif, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve (2015).

In our pre-Hispanic aboriginal language, Guanche, the name means “murmur” — a word that describes the pleasant and soothing sound of water as it flows through a ravine.

Here, just 7 minutes by car from the center of Santa Cruz, lies Finca Coviella — around 135 hectares of land where I personally cultivate an old orchard that we have restored and continue to improve every day, with more than 250 avocado, lime, orange, lemon, and papaya trees...
